Returns

PMG Goods wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

Please contact us to arrange this via email: goods.pmg@gmail.com or on our Contact Us page. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it. Any physical damage during shipping must be reported within 14 days of delivery or the return request may be refused and return shipping will be your responsibility.

Please provide the following details so we can assist you:

- Your original order number
- E-mail address
- Name on the order
- Description of the item(s) you wish to return.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us and provide us with the same details as above.
We will order your new item and have it shipped to you. Please see Processing time & Shipping times.

Replacement Orders

We will gladly provide you with a replacement item or refund for any of the following reasons:

    - You receive an incorrect item
    - Your order contains damaged product(s)
    - Your order has a printing mistake
    - You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered
    
Please can contact us to organize a replacement or refund and provide the following details so we can assist you:

- Your original order number
- E-mail address
- Name on the order
- Description of the item(s) you wish to replace.
- The reason you would like to replace the item/s.
- Description of the item/s that you now want.

Have you changed your mind after you’ve ordered? Are you wanting to cancel the order?
